It compares the lifestyle answers you and another member have both chosen to share. Similar answers increase the percentage. Unanswered questions are left out. If neither person has shared comparable answers, no percentage is shown.
For complete four-question profiles, matching uses vector distance in PostgreSQL. Partial profiles use the same distance calculation over the shared answers. It is a conversation starter, not a prediction or guarantee about living together.
Who decides?
You do. Suggested matches do not contact anyone, form a group or enter an agreement automatically. Each person chooses whether to connect and accept a group invitation.
Advertising a space
Use one account to look for accommodation or advertise it. Add a clear description, rent, availability and photos, then manage the listing from your account. You can pause it or remove it from search.
Agree the next steps directly
Viewing arrangements, suitability and letting agreements are discussed directly between the people involved. The marketplace does not collect immigration documents or take rent or deposits.
